We send within 3 working days, but if you regret, you have 14 days to return your case (as long as it is not used or damaged). Just fill in the delivery note you received with the bag, include it in the return package and let us know that you sent a return. If something is wrong or missing, contact us immediately and we will fix it. Enter name and order number and everything will be easier.
